Ich habe ein Amazon-Konto erstellt und meine Bestellung via Karte getätigt. Mein Konto wurde daraufhin wegen "fragwürdiger Aktivitäten" gesperrt und ich musste zunächst einen Nachweis liefern, dass ich an meiner Heimatadresse wohne und das nachher noch zusätzlich mit ID bestätigen - trotzdem wurde mein Konto geschlossen und meine Bestellung storniert, das Geld hat Amazon aber behalten. Ich bin nun mit dem Rechtschutz am Falle dran, denn so einen Bockmist kann man jemand anderem verzapfen. Nie wieder!

Habe ein Artikel bei Amazon bestellt mit Express Lieferung, leider wurde diese Express Lieferung zur langsam Lieferung... 20.- in den Sand gesetzt...
Auf meine Anfrage wo das Packet steckt, kam die Antwort, schauen sie mit dem Lieferanten...
Schade, nächstes mal besser in der Schweiz bestellen und Lieferung rechtzeitig erhalten...

Appalling customer service! 3 weeks to get refund after mailing back, and a battle to have the postal fee reimbursed. NEVER AGAIN! It's a faint copycat of Amazon overseas.
