Ich bin einfach nur sauer über die dynamischen Preise. Die springen teilweise um 100% auf und ab. Man bestellt an Tag X nur um dann einen Tag später zu sehen, dass das gleiche Produkt nun 300.- günstiger ist!

Und die Antwort von Galaxus ist die Standard-Antwort. Und ich glaube das einfach nicht. Wenn die Artikelzahl nicht ändert kann es schon nicht sein. Das wäre wie wenn in der Migros die Tafel Schokolade heute 3.- kostet, die nächste Woche dann 7 und übernächste Woche dann wieder 3. Das macht einfach alles keinen Sinn und nervt einfach nur!

Wir arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen Lieferanten und Tagespreisen. Aus diesem Grund kann es vorkommen, dass der Preis eines Artikels im Laufe der Zeit nach oben oder unten angepasst wird.

Wie immer hat die Belieferung bestens geklappt.
Geärgert habe ich mich nur über die viel zu grosse Verpackung. Für ein Flacon Parfum eine übergrosse Kartonschachtel, unglaublich! Nun ja, ich kenne die logistischen Gründe nicht, vielleicht geht es nicht anders.

Galaxus était un modèle avant pour moi mais le site est maintenant à éviter totalement. J’en ai craqué tellement j’ai eu de difficultés avec ma commande. Malgré ma demande dans la commande d’être livré par la Poste Suisse, la livraison a quand même été faite par DPD et là l’enfer a commencé. Ni le code de l’immeuble que j’avais mis sur l’adresse ni le téléphone correct n’ont été communiqués à DPD qui a donc pas pu livrer. En appelant difficilement la Hotline DPD j’ai donc demandé une livraison en point relais mais le colis n’a jamais été livré dans celui convenu et indiqué sur leur site. Donc galère pour trouver le colis. Bref vivre des galères pareilles pour une commande d’un site en Suisse n’est pas acceptable.

Nous profitons de ce message pour attirer votre attention sur le fait que, dans le cas d'une éventuelle prochaine commande, lors du passage en caisse, vous avez la possibilité de définir un partenaire logistique favori et donc de choisir si vous préférez voir la marchandise être acheminée par Planzer ou bien par la Poste Suisse.
À noter que cela ne concerne que la marchandise partant de chez nous et non les produits Marketplace proposés par des revendeurs tiers qui ont une totale liberté quant au choix du transporteur.
