Perfekt von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits, bis zu endgültiger Lieferung. Habe eine Kamera eigentlich vorbestellt, wissend dass es lange sein kann, bis sie geliefert werden kann resp. ich an die Reihe komme. Einige wenige Tage später ist Patron selbst auf mich zugekommen! Nettes Gespräch geführt, Engpass bei den Lieferungen nicht missbraucht, umgekehrt. Dann ging alles schnell und perfekt. Habe bereits vor Jahren dort eingekauft, damals wie heute erste Adresse!

Nach meiner ersten Anfrage zur Rückgabe erhielt ich eine rasche Rückmeldung mit den Bedingungen. Ich habe daraufhin per E-Mail bestätigt, dass ich die Bestellung trotzdem aufrechterhalte. Da ich danach keine Rückmeldung mehr erhielt, habe ich die Bestellung telefonisch bestätigt. Leider erhielt ich daraufhin keinerlei Informationen zum weiteren Ablauf oder Versand. Auch auf meine spätere E-Mail zur Stornierung erhielt ich keine Antwort. Insgesamt enttäuschende Kommunikation und fehlender Kundenservice.
