Der Ankunft der Retouren wurde von About You bestätigt. Seit dem warte ich auf eine Teil-Rückzahlung. Auf Mails antworten sie nicht mehr. Ich werde heute meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten und werde rechtlich gegen About You vorgehen. Ich bin eine langjährige Kundin und bis heute zufrieden. Aber so ein Verhalten geht gar nicht.

Der Ankunft der Retouren wurde von About You am 26.03.25 bestätigt. Seit dem warte ich auf die Rückzahlung. Auf Mails antworten sie schon gar nicht mehr und am Telefon werde ich immer mit neuen Ausreden vertröstet. Ich habe heute meine Rechtsschutzversicherung eingeschaltet und werde rechtlich gegen About You vorgehen. Grundsätzlich ist so ein Verhalten nie ein gutes Zeichen. Hoffen wir mal, dass da keine Insolvenz kommt.

Bei der Bestellvorgang wurde die Zahlung mit Twint abgebucht, aber keine Bestellung ausgelöst bei About you und keine Lieferung erhalten
Auch nach mehrfachem E-Mail-Verkehr habe ich das Geld bis heute nicht zurückerstattet bekommen.
Finger weg von diesem online Shop, wenn ihr nicht unnötig Geld verlieren möchtet.
