Ware war an Lager (über 10 Stück), Bestellung erfolgreich aufgegeben. Dann wird am gleichen Abend einfach eine plumpe Mail rausgelassen, dass die Ware beim Hersteller ausverkauft sei... Erste und letzte Bestellung bei dem Laden!

Bestellung wurde leider sofort wieder storniert. Aktion wäre sehr gut gewesen, diente aber wohl nur als Lokvogel und Bestellung wurde sofort storniert.

Sehr geerhter Herr Heler

Wir können Ihren Frust nachvollziehen.

Ein anderer Kunde war etwas schneller und hat sich zwischen Ihrer Bestellung und Ihrer Zahlung das letzte Exemplar geschnappt. Sowas kann bei jedem Shop mal vorkommen, wenn Super-Aktionen laufen.

Wir verlieren mit jeder Stornierung Geld, weil wir den Kaufpreis zurückerstatten müssen, aber trotzdem Zahlungsgebühren entrichten müssen.

Und an frustrierten Kunden verdienen wir auch nichts.

Daher ist Ihre Lockvogel-Theorie nicht nachvollziebar.

Kleines Feedback zum Bezahlvorgang: Der Bezahlvorgang findet nach dem Absenden der Bestellung direkt im Shop statt. Eine nachträgliche Zahlung find nur statt, wenn jemand den Bezahlvorgang im Shop abgebrochen hat.
