Alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, aber tatsächlich wurden sogar zusätzliche Filter mitgeliefert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit und der Lieferung. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass am Telefon niemand ausser Italienisch spricht, aber man kann per E-Mail kommunizieren.

My parcel of an expensive camera was lost due to their unfulfilled liability according to their online condition.2. They were irresponsible during the communication and always trying to escape. In addition, they were unprofessionally expressing their personally feelings which hurt us instead of providing evidences and proofs.

IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO SHOP HERE.

Sehr prompte und einwandfreie Lieferung. Anbetracht des ausgetrockneten Marktes, habe ich den höheren Preis akzeptiert. Zudem gehe ich davon aus, dass Carpi nicht zu gleichen Konditionen einkaufen kann, wie teilweise die Konkurrenz.

Die Zahlung war nur mit einer Überweisung möglich. Der QR Code dazu wurde im 2. Schritt angezeigt. Es war etwas unklar, ob die Bestellnummer manuell als Referenz eingetragen werden sollte. Hat dann aber alles super geklappt. Der Artikel wurde rasch versendet und sehr sicher verpackt.

Die QR Rechnung erscheint erst an zweiter Stelle. Zuerst kommt die Rechnung mit IBAN Angabe. Das kann zu Doppelspurigkeit führen. Sonst alles perfekt!

Obwohl der Webshop nur in italienisch und englisch aufgebaut ist, ist er sehr übersichtlich und man findet rasch die gesuchten Produkte. Das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich. Die Lieferung erfolgte rasch und anstandslos. Da die Preise äusserst attraktiv sind und die Nikon-Produkte mit einer 3-jährigen Nikon-Schweiz-Garantie geliefert werden, empfehle ich diesen Anbieter!
