Habe im Dezember 2025 drei Seagate Festplatten bestellt. Erhalten habe ich drei "refurbished" Modelle. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, wies man mich auf eine winzige Ergänzung "RF" bei der Typenbezeichnung hin, allerdings von 3 Stellen nur einmal. Keine Beschreibung, kein Bild, nichts.

Diverse Rechtsexperten haben mir bestätigt, dass diese minimale Angabe nicht ausreicht, und ich somit zu Recht reklamiert hatte. Der Shop legt es anscheinend darauf an, dass einem das nicht auffällt. Wie dann die ganzen Bewertungen hier zustande kommen, ist mir schleierhaft.
Man bot mir aus "Kulanz" eine Rücknahme der Festplatten an, ich müsse nur die Rückversandkosten tragen.
Irrtum, es ist keine Kulanz, siehe oben.
Da ich wegen 11.50 Fr keinen Rechtsstreit vom Zaun brechen wollte, habe ich dem aber eingewilligt. Ich habe die Festplatten zurückgeschickt und bin davon ausgegangen, das sei nun erledigt.
Über einen Monat später erhalte ich nun von PowerPay eine Rechnung dieser Bestellung per Post. Ich glaub das einfach nicht!

Wer hier einkauft, selbst schuld.

Das bestellte Produkt wurde über die vollständige Hersteller-Nummer inklusive Zusatz RF (Refurbished) deklariert, wie dies bei Festplatten branchenüblich ist. Eine entsprechende Neuware-Variante ohne RF-Zusatz wird separat und zu einem höheren Preis angeboten.

Unabhängig davon haben wir dem Kunden eine Rücknahme ermöglicht, welche auch genutzt wurde. Die Ware wurde von uns retourniert und akzeptiert.

Während der laufenden Rückabwicklung kam es zu einem automatisierten Rechnungslauf des Zahlungsanbieters PowerPay. Diese Rechnung wurde von uns anschliessend storniert, sodass für den Kunden zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein offener Betrag bestand.

Der Vorgang ist damit vollständig abgeschlossen.
