J'ai commandé un porte-ski de Thule chez Jumbo qui a été livré le lendemain (super rapide quand même). Après examination, j'ai constaté qu'il manquait un cache sur un des éléments. Je l'ai signalé au service client qui m'a répondu dans les deux jours que le cache a été envoyé. Je l'ai reçu le lendemain. TOP !!!

Ich habe am 14.12.2025 online bestellt, es stand ab 15.12.2025 abholbereit. Am 15.12.2025 war es nicht abholbereit, niemand hat mich kontaktiert, dass es nicht abgeholt werden kann. Am 16.12.2025 immer noch nicht abholbereit, ich habe angerufen und storniert.

Ich bin gar nicht zufrieden mit dem Verkäufer, ich habe 2x Oecoplan Span weis SM 16mm per Onlin bestellt. beim abholen hab ich ihn gefragt ob er eine Platte noch halbieren könnte, er wollte das auf keinem fall machen, trotzdem ich das Gefühl hatte, dass er im Moment nicht viel oder gar nichts zun- Tun hatte.

I am unhappy with the fact that delivery was made with 2 packages. I bought in a local store to avoid that and reduce cardboard use and that in the end did not happen.

Wir warten schon seit Tagen auf diesen Auftrag. Woher kommt sie? Aus Neuseeland.
Jumbo war früher ehrlicher und Personal war viel erfahrener.
Seit etwa 5-6 Jahren verhalten sich die Coop und alle ihr angeschlossenen Unternehmen unehrlich und lassen die Kunden in einer schwierigen Situation zurück.
Wir und meine Bekannten kaufen wenn immer möglich in der Migros oder anderen Geschäften ein.

14 Tage ist eine zu lange Zeit für die Lieferung, sie müssen sich nicht wundern wenn die Leute bei Baumärkten in Deutschland einkaufen, abhohlbereit nach 2 Tagen , Preis ca. 40 % von den Preisen bei Jumbo. Eine Holzzuschnitt-Abteilung muss nicht unbedingt Gewinn abwerfen weil den Gewinn machen sie locker mit anderen Produkten z.B. Schrauben, Farbe etc. welche der Kunde einkauft wenn er die Zuschnitte abholt
