Habe die wahre am 30.4.25 bestellt und bezahlt..
Und keine Mail bekommen und habe probiert mit euch Kontakt aufzunehmen und nichts erreicht..
Wäre schön wenn ihr mir weiterhelfen könntet und mir sagen könntet was nun wirklich los ist..

Die bestellte Ware wurde per TWINT bei der Bestellung bezahlt. Trotzdem wurde die Lieferfrist von 1-2 Tagen nicht eingehalten. Auf Anfragen habe ich nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Nur auf Whatsapp Nachricht kam eine kurze Nachricht zurück dass er mir nicht weiterhelfen kann und ich mich per info Mail melden soll.

Dass die Lieferfrist von 1–2 Tagen nicht eingehalten wurde und du keine Rückmeldung auf deine Anfragen erhalten hast, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch an Kundenservice. Auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hätte klarer und hilfreicher sein müssen dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen.

Die Zahlung per TWINT wird bei uns sofort verbucht, sodass keine Verzögerung dadurch entstehen sollte. Wir werden den konkreten Fall intern prüfen, um herauszufinden, wo es gehakt hat, und solche Situationen künftig zu vermeiden.

Je recherchais une édition spéciale d'un accessoire de jeux vidéo qui se faisait rare. J'étais surpris de voir que mineshop était référencé par toppreise. J'étais un peu inquiet car j'avais lu des commentaire mitigés parmis le peu que j'avais trouvé mais en fait tout c'est bien passé.
La communication avec le vendeur était excellente et cordiale. Le délai de livraison a été respecté et très rapide, 24h.
Je suis amplement satisfait de ma commande chez mineshop. MERCI. J'ai recommandé à un ami qui cherchait le même accessoire.
