Wir waren wegen der ungewöhnlichen Vorgehensweise des Shops zunächst etwas skeptisch, sind aber sehr und ausnahmslos zufrieden. Die Anlieferung erfolgte prompt, sauber verpackt, in einwandfreiem Zustand und zu einem sensationellen Preis. Mehr kann man nicht wünschen.

Lieferung komplett und im Originalzustand. Einzig, es fehlte die Bedienungsanleitung in Papierform, musste im Internet runter geladen werden, was nicht ganz einfach war!

Die Lieferzeit dauerte sehr lange (knapp 1 Monat). Ich wurde während der Wartezeit jedoch regelmässig von zaap.ch betreffend Verzögerung orientiert. Ansonsten war die Auftragsabwicklung sehr gut. Im Produktebeschrieb hätte ich von einem Schweizer Onlinehändler erwartet, dass ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht werde, dass das Produkt mit einem nicht für Schweizer Steckdosen kompatieblen Stecker geliefert wird. So musste ich noch separat einen Adapter organisieren.

Bin vollumfänglich zufrieden. Einfache Abwicklung, Lieferung perfekt mit DHL - somit steuerbar. Preis meist günstiger als bei ähnlichen Anbietern, breites Sortiment. Einzig, die Shopübersicht ist beim Handy eingeschränkter.
