Foletti Computer

Je suis client de longue date chez Foletti. Cette fois, j'avais acheté un écran 27" pour PC, prévu avoir une certaine prise de connexion au PC. Toutefois, j'ai reçu un écran qui ne corréspondait pas. Déscription pas claire et insuffisante sur le site WEB, je penses que la moindre des choses aurait été de me remplacer l'écran reçu avec le bon, ou un autre, même plus cher aucun souci. Je l'ai proposé.

Mais Foletti n'a rien voulu entendre !

Pour moi l'écran, ne pouvant pas le connecter, était inutilisable. Je l'ai offert à un ami.

MAIS À L'AVENIR : JE N'ACHETERAIs JAMAIS PLUS RIEN CHEZ FOLETTI ET JE LE DÉCONSEILLE VIVEMENT. IL N'Y A ACUNE POSSIBILITÉ D'ENTENTE AVEC EUX.

I was already a customer of Foletti. This time, I had bought a 27" screen for PC, planned to have a certain connection socket to the PC.

BUT IN THE FUTURE: I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM FOLETTI AGAIN AND I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT. ALTHOUGH THE MISTAKE CAME FROM THEM, THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF AGREEMENT.

Ich war schon von Foletti kunde. Diesmal hatte ich einen 27-Fuß-Bildschirm für mein PC gekauft mit bestimmte Steckdose zum PC zu haben. Allerdings erhielt ich einen Bildschirm, der nicht übereinstimmte. Die Beschreibung auf der Website ist nicht klar, unvollständig oder unzureichend, das Mindeste, was ich hätte tun von Foletti können, wäre, den erhaltenen Bildschirm durch den richtigen oder einen noch teureren zu ersetzen, ohne Probleme. Ich hatte es vorgeschlagen. Aber Foletti wollte nichts hören! Für mich war der Bildschirm, da ich ihn nicht verbinden konnte, unbrauchbar. Ich habe es einem Freund gegeben. ABER IN ZUKUNFT: ICH WÜRDE NIE WIEDER BEI FOLETTI KAUFEN UND RATE DRINGEND DAVON AB. OBWOHL DER FEHLER VON IHNEN STAMMT, BESTEHT KEINE MÖGLICHKEIT ZU EINER EINIGUNG. SCHADE FÜR ALLES.
