Unprofessional Service and Incomplete Delivery
I recently purchased a popcorn machine from Expondo.ch, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. After waiting for the delivery, I received only the lower part of the machine—specifically, the wheeled "chariot" component. The upper section is completely missing.
I've spent the last two weeks trying every possible way to contact Expondo, including phone, email, and their contact form, but I've received no response whatsoever.
When I contacted the delivery company, they informed me that the upper part of the machine was returned due to missing customs documentation. This is a clear sign of unprofessionalism on Expondo's part. It's unacceptable to ship a product without the proper paperwork, and it's even worse to completely ignore a customer who has only received half of their order.
I am now left with an unusable machine and no way to get in touch with the company. This is a very poor customer experience.
