Deliveries get delayed, I get it. But in my case the shop's website claimed to deliver a specific item within 1-3 days, when in reality they knew right away that they won't be able to keep that promise, because the item is available only at some warehouse, which implies additional 2-3 days to deliver (they say it themselves after they process your order), but still chose to mislead their customers.
Now I am stuck with my order for 10 days instead of the claimed 1-3. If I knew that beforehand, I'd order in another place for higher price, but have my order delivered within 2 days.
So 1 star for misleading your customers, not for the fact that the delivery took longer (!). If that's due to some limitation of your warehousing system, ok, so get it improved then.
For future customers: pay attention to the email they send you after confirming your order, it contains the info about the real delivery expectation, not the one they put on their website to attract customers.
