A month ago, I bought a cell phone at Mobilezone and they told me it would take 4 to 7 business days to arrive. After 7 days, I asked them why it hadn't arrived yet, and they told me that there was a delay and that it would take up to 10 business days from the date I placed the order. Once the 10 business days had passed, I asked them why it still hadn't arrived, and they told me that it was going to take longer and that they couldn't give me an exact date. After more than 3 weeks, I asked if there was any news, and only then did they tell me that they had canceled my order because they didn't have it in stock. The worst part is that they continue to sell that same model online even though it is supposedly out of stock. Also, they did not respond to many of my emails, and the man I spoke to on the phone was quite aggressive. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not buy from Mobilezone.

Ich habe heute in Zürich Örlikon Neumarkt den Mobilzoneshop auf Grund einer Reklamation meiner 8 Monate alten in ear Kopfhörer aufgesucht. Ein Hörer ist nach 3 maliger Benutzung defekt. Die junge Frau im Verkauf meinte es täte ihr leid, aber auf die Kopfhörer gibt es nur 6 Monate Garantie. Zu Hause überprüfte ich die Angelegenheit im Netz und fand eine 24 monatige Garantie für dieses Gerät. Nun stellt sich mir die Frage -hatte sie keine Lust oder war sie inkompetent.Auf jeden Fall habe ich dadurch einen erheblichen Mehraufwand und werde sicher nicht mehr bei Mobilzone einkaufen.

Handy in shop bestellt, wurde dann gesgat es wird nach 3 Tage zuhause geliefert, Seit fast 2 Monaten warte ich jetzt schon und es kommt gar nichts, keine erklärung und nichts..

Auf emails wird nicht geantwortet, kundensuport probiertr gar nicht zu helfen und sind auch noch supper Arrogant und unsympatisch .

Verkäufer (011851Rheinpark St.Margrethen) hatte keine Lust auf Beratung. Die Daten wollte er auch nicht auf das neue Handy übertragen. Er meinte dass es 5 Stunden dauern würde und 90 Franken koste. Das alte I Phone 14 Monate alt) wolle ich eintauschen. Er meinte da würde ich fast nichts mehr erhalten Wir haben schon mehrere I Phons für unsere Firma gekauft. Mit diesem Service sind wir so unzufrieden dass wir zukünftig nicht mehr bei Mobilzone kaufen werden.

Reparaturservice ist ein Witz und wird dem Namen nicht gerecht

Bestellung im Shop war ok, Bezahlung auch. Aber im Kundenkonte erscheint die Bestellung nicht. Das Geld wurde abgebucht. Auf mehrfache Anfrage hin (per Telefon und Email) und Versprechen zu einem Rückruf nichts mehr gehört. NIE WIEDER! Werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
