Received humiliating response in request of RMA case.
They denied the problem that even producer (Bose earphones) recognizes (no older Android version support, low sound quality of open ear earphones by design).

Dear Customer,

we tested the earphones, and the product is amazing, the quality is the best we tried.

You have a problem, but it's not the earphone, but your device that is old and have connection problems. But trust us, the Bose are really really good, raccomended.
