Nachdem ich über Toppreise den Artikel am günstigsten bei Hawk gefunden hatte, habe ich ihn gleich bestellt. Die Kaufabwicklung war einfach und der Artikel war bereits am nächsten Tag bei mir eingetroffen. Falls ich mal wieder etwas benötige, werde ich wieder bei Toppreise und Hawk vorbeischauen.

Verrfugbarkeit nicht trauen.Website wirbt mit Lieferung innerhalb 24Stunden .
Habe ich ein Artikel bestellt , am Lager verfügbar.Nach einer Woche ist Artikel immer noch grün am Lager aber nicht geliefert und Kundenservice gibt keinen Auskunft.

Ordered a BBQ that was indicated in their site in stock. They didn't actually have it in stock, and took me 2 months to get my money back. They were very responsive, however they changed the delivery date a few times until they finally gave up and returned my money.

Ich habe online bestellt, weil „Lager Hawk“ im Shop grün angezeigt wurde und der Artikel bei Toppreise mit dunkelgrünem Haken als verfügbar markiert war. Ich dachte mir, perfekt, ist am Lager! Ich habe extra ein Auto organisiert und mir einen Tag freigenommen. Dann kam die Meldung, dass der Artikel doch nicht am Lager ist und zuerst organisiert werden muss. Der ganze Tag war damit für nichts.

Die Lagerinformationen stimmen, wie andere auch schreiben, schlicht nicht.
Nur Aufwand und Stress!

Vorsicht: besser woanders bestellen.

Lagerbestände sind schlicht erlogen. Ich habe den LG OLED65C57 bestellt, weil „am Lager Hawk“ angegeben war. Erste Ernüchterung: nichts abholbereit, ich müsse warten. Wochenende vorbei – immer noch nichts. Mehrere Mails blieben unbeantwortet, völliges Schweigen. Währenddessen prangte weiterhin „Lager Hawk“ – und der Preis wurde nebenbei auch noch erhöht!

Nach satten 9 Tagen kam die Stornierung mit der Ausrede „nicht lieferbar“. Erst da wurde die Lieferzeit angepasst. Stattdessen versuchte man mir ein teureres Gerät mit kürzerer Garantiezeit unterzuschieben – dreister geht’s kaum.

Daraufhin bestellte ich den LG OLED65C59 – und erlebte exakt dasselbe Trauerspiel. Wieder „Lager Hawk“, wieder nichts am Lager, wieder leere Versprechen. Selbst am nächsten Tag stand online noch „Lager“.

Fazit: Eine Farce. Die Lagerbestände sind frei erfunden, der Service ist ein Desaster und Kunden werden schlicht verarscht. Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

The ordered Napoleon Grill was unfortunately not available anymore due to a change in Distribution here in Switzerland. Since we could not provide the client with a safe delivery date until when we would receive the grill from directly from the producer in Holland, the order was cancelled.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience we caused.
