Commande passée sur internet car je connaissais déjà le produit et le prix me convenait. Après un appel au magasin pour confirmer la commande, le vendeur m'a proposé de livrer directement l'appareil encombrant l'après-midi même.

Unfortunately had a dreadful time with an order from this shop. Started with being lied to about product being "in stock". The order was only sent out 8 days after I ordered.

The product then arrived with a fault. Got bare support via E-Mail in french language. Sent it back, it got submitted to manufacturer for repair. This took roughly 2.5 weeks.

The product then arrived dead on arrival, worse than before. Received support via E-Mail including questioning if my setup was to blame. It was not. Returned product, again, and asked for my money back.

Did not hear anything for 3 weeks. Asked where my refund was. I was then suddenly told that they repaired it and if I want it. I guess they forgot. Who cares, just my money, right?

As of writing, it has been more than 2 months since I ordered from this shop, and I have nothing to show for it except trouble. Will not order again, and do not recommend.

Hello Mr Karl

During the first repair, the manufacturer changed the woofer, which was defective.
Following this repair, you received the product with no sound.
After checking the product, it is a connector that must have become disconnected during transport.
We informed you that the subwoofer would be sent back to you.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but this is part of the warranty process (return to the supplier, handling, repair).

Hallo Herr Lutz, Ihre Bewertung bei toppreise ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt, da Sie nach Ihrer Bestellung noch keine Zahlung geleistet haben.
Als Sie bestellt haben, war das Produkt nicht auf Lager, tatsächlich hat kein Wiederverkäufer dieses Produkt bisher, die erste Lieferung ist für den 15. Dezember geplant, außerdem haben Sie nie per E-Mail oder Telefon mit dem Geschäft kommuniziert, Ihre Bestellung wird storniert.

Bonjour Monsieur Lutz,votre note sur toppreise est en aucun cas justifié car vous n'avez effectué aucun versement suite à votre commande.
Lors de votre commande le produit n'était pas en stock , d'ailleurs aucun revendeur n'a ce prioduit à ce jour, le premier arrivage est prévu pour le 15 décembre de plus vous n'avez jamais communiquer par email ou téléphone avec le magasin, votre commande va être annulée.

J'ai récemment fait un achat sur le site Digistore SA, et je suis extrêmement satisfait de l'expérience. Dès le début, la communication avec le service client a été remarquable.

Le produit lui-même était exactement comme décrit sur le site. Les images et la description étaient fidèles à ce que j'ai reçu, ce qui est rafraîchissant dans un monde où les attentes en ligne ne correspondent pas toujours à la réalité.

Lorsque le colis est arrivé, il était en parfait état. L'emballage était sécurisé et bien pensé, garantissant que mon achat soit protégé pendant le transport. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec la livraison, qui a été effectuée dans les délais promis.
