Ich habe die Zahlungsart "Bezahlung bei Abholung" gewählt. Obwohl einige Produkte noch nicht verfügbar waren wurde mir ungefragt in der Filiale die ganze Bestellung verrechnet, 36 Franken fallen bei 3 gleichzeitig abgeholten Bestellungen auch nicht vorher auf um das nachzufragen, wenn man gerade gedanklich woanders ist.

Finde ich nicht nachvollziehbar. Wenn man bei Abholung bezahlen möchte, dann möchte man doch bei Abholung bezahlen und nicht eine Vorauszahlung leisten und dann ein weiteres Mal in die Filiale um den Rest abzuholen wenn es denn da ist, das ergibt für mich keinen Sinn, warum man das so machen wollen würde.

Mit der Software könnte man das doch automatisch berechnen was da ist und den Rest offen lassen. War bisher doch auch so.

Wir verstehen gut, dass die Situation für Sie nicht nachvollziehbar und im Moment der Abholung irritierend war. Wenn die Zahlungsart „Bezahlung bei Abholung“ gewählt wird, erwarten Kundinnen und Kunden selbstverständlich, dass nur die tatsächlich verfügbaren Artikel vor Ort verrechnet werden. Dass in Ihrem Fall der Gesamtbetrag trotz noch ausstehender Produkte belastet wurde, entspricht nicht dem gewünschten Ablauf und kann gerade bei mehreren gleichzeitig abgeholten Bestellungen leicht übersehen werden. Ihre Anmerkung zur automatischen Teilverrechnung ist nachvollziehbar und nehmen wir gerne als Feedback auf, um bestehende Prozesse weiter zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern.

Für die entstandenen Umstände möchten wir uns entschuldigen und bedanken uns für Ihre Kritik.
