Meine Bestellung bei giga-reifen.ch wurde nie erfüllt. Seit über einem Monat warte ich nun auf mein Geld. Die Rückerstattung wurde mir bereits drei Mal zugesichert, aber bis heute ist kein Franken angekommen.

Der Kundenservice vertröstet nur, hält aber keine Versprechen ein. Statt Lösungen gibt es Ausreden und leere Zusagen. Das Ganze kostet unnötig Zeit, Nerven und sorgt für extremen Ärger.

Mein klarer Rat: Bestellt lieber woanders und erspart euch eine Menge Kopfschmerzen. So etwas habe ich selten erlebt.
