Bereits zum 2. Mal hintereinander wurde eine Bestellung aufgrund eines «kleinen Fehlers in der Lagerverwaltung» storniert. Die letzte Bestellung war im Frühling (Giro-Fahrradhelm). Der nun bestellte und danach stornierte Puma Laufschuh ist auch noch eine Woche nach der Stornierung im Shop bestellbar!! Die anderen mitbestellten Artikel wurden ebenfalls mitstorniert. Was soll das?? Hat Hardloop vor allem Lockvogel-Angebote, um Kunden bei toppreise.ch anzulocken? Haben sie überhaupt etwas zu verkaufen??? Immerhin wurde der von meiner Kreditkarte abgebuchte Betrag zügig zurückbezahlt.

The item was registered with the Swiss Post immediately but never sent. All my tickets have been basically ignored, and if I got a response, were closed immediately , even when a follow-up was promised.
My refund request has also been entirely ignored - in summary, do not shop here!

Shop ist bei Toppreise Preissieger für das Produkt Micropur classic, verkauft aber ohne Deklaration 50 Stück Packungen. Alle übrigen Anbieter verkaufen 100 Stück Packungen. Auslieferungsfenster um zwei Tage verfehlt.
