Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unserem Kundenservice nicht zufrieden waren. Wir verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung darüber, dass Sie Ihre Bestellung nicht erhalten haben. Nach Rücksprache mit der Schweizerischen Post wurde bestätigt, dass eine generelle Abstellgenehmigung für Ihre Adresse vorliegt.
Ich würde Sie bitten noch einmal bei Ihren Nachbarn nach dem Verbleib Ihres Paketes zu fragen - in der Vergangenheit hatte sich in Ihrem Fall schon einmal rausgestellt, dass Ihr Paket beim Hausabwart verblieben war.
Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass es nicht unsere Absicht ist, Unannehmlichkeiten zu verursachen und wir keinerlei Einfluss auf die Zustellung des Pakets mit einer Abstellgenehmigung haben.
