Eine erfreuliche Ausnahme unter den vielen Onlineshops mit .ch Homepages einer der wenigen bei dem der Firmensitz auch wirklich in der Schweiz liegt und entsprechende Kontaktmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Bei mir hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, so dass ich keinen Support beanspruchen musste.
