Ich habe 2 Stk. Aufsetzbecken in Kermik online auf einmal bestellt. Geliefert wurden sie in 2 Sendungen an 2 verschiedenen Tagen. Die beiden Becken sind nicht identisch (unterschiedliche Wandstärken, eine Schüssel wiegt 4'290g, die andere 5'5525g. Da diese nebeneinander montiert werden, habe ich reklamiert. Man hat mit Fr. 75.- Erstattung angeboten. Der Kaufpreis war Fr. 246.-!
Hab mich nicht einverstanden erklärt und eine Ersatzlieferung oder eine volle Rückerstattung verlangt. Nach 4 Wochen die Nachricht, man hätte mich nicht erreicht auf meiner Geschäftsnummer. Bin Privatperson... Hab dann geantwortet, man solle mir doch zurückrufen, damit wir dies zu beider Zufriedenheit besprechnen können, Keine Reaktion.Telefonisch ist diese Firma nicht erreichbar. Service unterirdisch bis gar nicht, nie mehr!
