Bad experience with this online store. Like many other customers, I ordered an item at a very attractive price, only to be informed the next day that the item—despite being a common one—was not available. That's an good way to appear high up on Toppreise! I also found the communication cold and arrogant. In every reply to a negative review, the seller never offers the slightest apology and systematically shifts the blame onto the customer, hiding behind the argument that the customer didn’t read the terms and conditions properly. Probably right, but this could be communicated in a more friendly way.
This store might be suitable for people solely looking for rock-bottom prices at the expense of friendly and courteous communication. For me, this was the first and last time I attempt to order here.
